For thousands of years, our ancestors have been preserving food using the craft and science of fermentation. In this workshop, we will demystify the pickling process and impart the skills to do your own fermentations at home. Come harvest a plethora of pickle-able produce from the Farm and stuff a jar full of pickles to take home! Bring your own glass jar.
