**tickets required, please follow the link to purchase**In this class we will learn to make rough puff style pie dough, and two pie fillings.
Together we will learn to mix, roll, and shape pie pastry to line a pie dish.
We will also work with some prepared pie pastry to create a fruit pie with a lattice top, as well as a lemon meringue pie.
Each participant will take home 1 lemon meringue pie, 1 fruit pie, and 1 raw pie shell that can be frozen for use later.
