About this Event
The PHSA officially invites you to Enchanted Garden, our year-end gala!
Join us for a magical evening of celebration – whether you just finished your first year at DLSPH or are on the way to graduating this summer, we are budding with excitement to have you.
All Public Health students and plus ones (19+) are welcome to attend. The event is also open to DLSPH alumni and IHPME students!
Event Information
🍝 Appetizers, dinner & dessert are included with your ticket.
👗👔 The dress code for the gala is semi-formal/formal. We encourage you to come dressed in dark garden tones, such as forest green and earthy brown, with dashes of gold and silver. Feel free to be creative and work with what you have already!
We will have a Photobooth 📸, DJ & Dance Floor 💃🕺, and Raffle Prizes 🎫 during the event open for all attendees.
🎁 Raffle Prizes: To be announced. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase after ticket sales have ended.
Ticketing Information
- Only 150 tickets are available for sale.
- Early bird tickets will go on sale for $55 per ticket starting until February 28th @ 11:59 PM, or until sold-out. These are first-come-first-serve, so you need to wait for the general admission sale once we are sold out.
- General admission tickets will be priced at $65 per ticket and sold until April 1st @ 11:59 PM.
Payment Instructions
- Please ensure you send your e-transfer payment while checking out, as per the order form instructions. Your registration will be considered invalid if your e-transfer is not received within 24 hours of your registration on Eventbrite.
- Once we receive your e-transfer, we will send a confirmation email that your payment was received and your registration has been validated. We will notify you by email if we do not receive your e-transfer within 24 hours of your registration on Eventbrite and that your registration has been invalidated.
- April 6th @ 11:59 PM is the last day to request refunds, no exceptions. If needed, you can transfer your ticket to a classmate but we cannot guarantee changes in table arrangements or dietary accommodations. All refunds will be subject to the Interac service fee of $1.25. Please send refund requests to [email protected].
