Gratitude Mason Jar – Cultivating a practice of appreciation and reflection
Contemplative Questions – Shared beforehand for deeper meditation insights
Breathwork – Grounding ourselves before the meditation
Meditation & Reflection – Deepening our awareness through RAIN & DROP
Journaling – Bring a pen and journal for guided prompts
Sharing & Discussion – Creating a space for meaningful insights and support
