About this Event

A 6-week creative wellbeing course for 18–30 year olds. Using photography as a tool to boost mood, build confidence, and live life to the full.

Join SAZ MEDIA for a FREE 6-week photography with wellbeing course designed for 18–30 year olds, blending proven techniques from the ‘Living Life to the Full’ programme with the creativity of photography for wellbeing.

🗓 Every Tuesday, 1PM–2:30PM
📍 Hosted by SAZ MEDIA at Salford Innovation Forum
🗓 6 weekly sessions starting 20th January 2026

You’re welcome to join the course at any point, and you can attend sessions as your schedule allows.

This course offers a relaxed, supportive space where we’ll explore topics like:

Understanding how thoughts and feelings affect our wellbeing
Reframing unhelpful thoughts
Discovering new perspectives through photography
Using creativity to support mental wellbeing
Slowing down and connecting with the world around you
Building confidence and a more positive outlook

No photography experience needed! We will provide cameras for you to use during the sessions.

Who is this for?
Young adults aged 18–30 who are looking to improve their wellbeing, meet new people, and explore creative ways to feel better and live more fully.
