Photo Editing COURSE | Multiply Minds Project | Runcorn | Ages 19+

Explore the world of photo editing with our FREE 5-week course, part of the Multiply Minds: Creative Digital Ventures in Numeracy Project!

Guided by expert tutors in small, relaxed groups, you’ll learn essential techniques to enhance your photos. Even if you’re new to editing, this course offers an enjoyable way to get creative and improve your skills.

We will cover key photo editing topics such as Image Editing Fundamentals, Filters and Effects, Layers, Retouching, Colour Manipulation, and Composites. Plus, we will discover how maths subtly influences editing!

No prior experience is required, and all equipment is provided. Our friendly tutors will support you every step of the way.

Who can get involved?

These sessions are for adults aged 19+ from Halton and Merseyside who don’t have maths GCSE at grade C (Grade 4 and above).

Participants also must not have taken part in a previous Multiply numeracy project to be considered for a place.

When is this course?

This project is made up of five, weekly, 2-hour sessions.

Tuesdays, 12th November - 10th December, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.

Where will the workshop take place?

Grangeway Community Centre, Runcorn, WA7 5HA.

How much does it cost?

This workshop is part of our Multiply Minds: Creative Digital Ventures in Numeracy Project which is funded by and to help adults improve their numeracy skills in fun and engaging ways, therefore it is free to attend.

What equipment should I bring?

Digital Arts box CIC will bring all of the equipment needed to participate in this session.
