This intimate performance brings together some of the South West’s finest musicians for an evening of soulful, stripped-back music in a setting designed to be felt as much as heard.Expect timeless songs from legendary artists such as Etta James, Al Green, Natalie Cole, Eva Cassidy, Bonnie Raitt, Kurt Elling and many more. From heartfelt moments to upbeat grooves, expect to be tapping your feet, dancing in your seat, or even getting up when the mood takes you.
Led by Devon-based singer-songwriter Phoebe Jane, whose rich, soulful vocals blend jazz influence with a timeless blues edge, this band unites musicians whose combined credits include working with Joss Stone, Jeff Beck, Beverley Knight, KT Tunstall, Incognito, Mica Paris, Clare Teal, Tina May, and The Osmonds. Together, Steve Down (guitar), Kev Sanders (bass), Gary Evans (drums), and Tom Ball (keys) bring decades of international touring, festival stages, BBC sessions, and deep jazz-blues pedigree delivering world-class musicianship.
