Phlebotomy Refresher Course

Do you have education (within the last 5 years) in Phlebotomy but never got certified OR you let your certification lapse? HERO Institute is here to help!

Our course is 4 days long (M-Th), 5:00pm-9:00pm and will include:

• 2 lecture days
• 2 lab days of hands on learning
• 1 Certification Exam- Not included in cost $165

Requirements:

• Be a US Citizen
• Demonstrated proof of past education in the field with transcript of certificate.
• The certificate or transcript MUST be in the past 5 years.
