Join Bayleys Canterbury and PHINZ to share insights into how Passivhaus can be better understood, valued, marketed and sold.
About this Event

The aim of this event is to start the education journey for Real Estate agents and anyone else looking to buy or sell Passivhaus along with other standards for building better, healthier, more energy efficient homes and communities.

If you are a designer, engineer, builder, developer or home owner, this is for you too!

This event will feature presentations from

1. Karen Manson; Meta Architects & PHINZ board member who will be introducing the Passivhaus standard and PHINZ.

2. Ammy Singh; Bayleys Canterbury. Ammy was a building scientist in his previous career, so uniquely placed to provide a considerable body of advice on selling better buildings.

3. Damien McGill; The Healthy Home Cooperation and PHINZ Canterbury Lead, who has invested considerable time and resources in Change Narrative Training.

4. Simon Fenwick; Fab Building. Simon has spent a decade developing, renting and selling better buildings.

5. Warren Clarke; Warren Clarke Architecture. Warren built, lived in and sold a ten star home and will discuss his experiences alongside where he is living now.

There will be a Q&A session after the presentations, followed by drinks and discussions
