đ **Time:** 6pm until 10 PM
đ **Meeting Spot:** Philadelphia City Hall
đ° **Cost:** $20 to participate for both Models & photographer's
The plan is to meet at City Hall and branch out around the area to shoot while keeping everyone fairly close to the group for safety.
Feel free to bring **multiple outfits** if you'd like to change looks for different photos.
