Spearheaded by renowned community leader and event curator Bigga Dre (Amun Sen Hotep Re), this annual celebration has become a vital space for connection, empowerment, and cultural expression in the city.
Rooted in the legacy of Juneteenth—the historic commemoration of the emancipation of enslaved African Americans—this event is a vibrant reflection of Philadelphia’s Black community and its ongoing contributions to art, activism, and progress.
