AC3 Bowling Fundraiser

Join the African Caribbean Cancer Consortium (AC3) for our first-ever AC3 Bowling Fundraiser, a fun, collaborative, and competitive event taking place across participating AC3 sites in advance of the 9th AC3 Conference in October 2026. As noted in the official announcement, this initiative is designed to “encourage collaboration and friendly competition among AC3 members while generating financial support for conference‑related initiatives.”

Each site will host its own local bowling tournament featuring five teams of six bowlers, with every participant bowling two games. The team with the highest average score at each site will be crowned the local winner, and the top-performing team across all sites will be recognized at the AC3 Conference.

To participate, each team must meet the patron‑solicitation requirement: 60 patrons per team (12 per bowler), each contributing $25. This structure is projected to raise $1,500 per team and $7,500 per site before expenses. All patron donations are due two weeks before the tournament date.

This fundraiser is a meaningful opportunity to support AC3’s mission while strengthening engagement and unity across our consortium. We look forward to your participation and your energy on the lanes.
