Welcome to the PHDC Annual Housing Fair!

Whether you are first-time home-buyer, current homeowner, landlord, developer this event will have all the resources you need under one roof. You can speak with lenders, contractors, housing counselors, insurance agents, learn how to protect generational assets with a will, and speak with representatives from various city agencies. This event is family friendly with lots of cool activities such as a putting course, face painting, flower crown making, lego building, 360 photo booth, giveaways and so much more!
