Real Estate 101

The New Destiny Institute and KW Empower present a workshop for anyone interested in taking their first steps on their real estate journey. Come learn about the importance of real estate in building communities and engage with other like-minded individuals. The workshop with be led by Byron Dedeaux, a liscened realtor who will walk you through his steps for buying your first home along with an interactive homebuying simulation. All ages and experience levels are welcome!
