Welcome to the pghAT Walking Club!
Join us for a fun and invigorating walk in Highland Park. Whether you're a seasoned walker or just starting out, this event is perfect for all fitness levels. Investigate new ideas from Alexander Technique that can help you improve your walking coordination & overall enjoyment of movement with other like-minded individuals.
We'll meet at 11 am at the Foutain in front of the Highland Park Resevoir. There is one flight of stairs to get up to the resevoir.
The walk will last approximately 1 hour. Emily & Mike from pghAT will lead this activity.
Lace up your shoes and come out for a memorable stroll - movement, nature, & community!
