About this Event

Grounded in Development Dimensions International (DDI) curriculum, this workshop equips participants with practical skills for navigating workplace conflict.

Participants will learn to identify the common causes and costs of conflict, recognize early warning signs, and take action before situations escalate.

The course covers techniques for defusing strong emotions, building trust, and planning and conducting effective conflict resolution discussions — all aimed at fostering a culture of mutual respect and collaboration.

Doors open at 9:45 a.m. for participants to grab coffee and pastries. The program begins promptly at 10:00 a.m.
