In collaboration with Lee’s Flower and Card Shop, a historic, Black-owned, family-operated florist established in 1945 on Washington, D.C.’s U Street corridor, we’re bringing you a unique experience blending mindful movement and floral creativity. Today, their legacy continues under the guidance of granddaughters Stacie and Kristie, carrying forward decades of handcrafted floral excellence.

What to Expect:

• Start with a refreshing, flow-inspired Pilates session to awaken your body and center your mind.
• Then, step into a hands-on floral workshop led by Samarah Banks, great-granddaughter of the Lee family and floral designer at Lee’s Union Station. She will guide you in creating a custom floral arrangement to take home.
• Experience an intimate, curated atmosphere celebrating movement, mindfulness, and the beauty of blossoms.
