Art of Noize presents FORM—A curated experience at the intersection of movement, art, and creativity. Beginning this May, FORM. blends the discipline of Pilates with the freedom of artistic expression, creating space to strengthen the body, center the mind, and inspire new energy through intentional movement.

Led by Austin Hicks Chikwendu, Founder of and a Certified Classical Pilates Instructor, each session is designed to be both grounding and empowering. With nearly a decade of group fitness experience, Austin brings a thoughtful, community-centered approach that reflects her commitment to access, inclusion, and self-care. Through her platform InFit360, she has cultivated a loyal following across DC with curated, sold-out experiences rooted in connection and purpose.

Set within the creative atmosphere of Art of Noize, FORM. invites artists, professionals, and wellness seekers alike to engage in a practice that honors both structure and flow—where movement becomes art, and creativity becomes a way of being.

Sessions

1. The 360 Standard – Introduction + Identity Setting (May 27). Step into the world of INFIT360 with a foundational experience designed to realign how you see yourself and your wellness journey. This session sets the tone grounded in intention, clarity, and personal standards that go beyond appearance. Expect guided movement, thoughtful reflection, and a reset of what it truly means to live well.
