About this Event

Arts & Crafts supplies swap Details:

1. Drop-off begins at 12:30 p.m. (A time when you can drop off your items for sorting and organizing so that you can swap hassle-free).
2. Attendees who wish to participate can bring up to 15 items. Grouped materials such as paint sets our packages of beads count as one item each. (You must bring in items in order to leave with items.).
3. Participants will receive tickets equal to the number of items brought, to be redeemed once browsing opens at 1:30 p.m.
4. Please be mindful to only bring in items that are in new or useable. Stained, dirty, damaged, faulty supplies or items with unpleasant odors, will NOT be accepted. Hazardous materials like solvents and industrial glues must be in factory-sealed containers.
5. Acceptable Items:

• paints, brushes, canvases, and other painting supplies
• yarn and needlecraft materials and tools
• textiles and sewing notions
• beads and jewelry-making tools and findings
• paper craft materials
• sculpting and ceramic materials
• craft storage
• other miscellaneous items

This swap is strictly for supplies and does not cover completed projects.

Please Note: Items are subjected to disposal if items do not align with the guidelines of this event. Before items are discarded owners will have the option to retrieve their items.
