Event Details:
Family-friendly: Please ensure costumes are appropriate for all ages.
Leash & Clean-Up Policy: All pets must be on leashes and under owner control. Please clean up after your pet.
Pre-Registration REQUIRED: $10 suggested donation per pet. All funds benefit the York County SPCA. Deadline to register is October 1, 2025.
Check-In: 5:45pm–6:00pm outside White Rose Bar & Grill.
Parade & Judging: 6:15pm–7:00pm.
