From 28 July to 1 August, UMA invites guests to experience the vibrant spirit, flavour and energy of Peru with a week-long celebration of Peruvian Independence.
For one week only, UMA’s signature dining experience will be elevated with two iconic Peruvian classics - bold in flavour, rich in heritage and designed to be shared slowly over long lunches and lively evenings.
On Friday 31 July and Saturday 1 August, the atmosphere comes alive with an immersive traditional Peruvian dance and live musician performance, bringing the rhythm, colour and celebration of Lima to the heart of Perth.
