Dr. Michael Abelson has worked with the real estate industry for over 40 years and is widely recognized for his expertise in hiring, managing, and leading residential real estate teams. He began his career as a Real Estate Research Fellow at the renowned Real Estate Research Center at Texas A&M University, where he conducted brokerage and agent research for five years. He later served on the faculty at Texas A&M for more than 30 years and is now an Emeritus Professor.

Throughout his career, Dr. Abelson has delivered more than 1,200 presentations, authored over 60 publications, and been featured in major media outlets, radio programs, podcasts, and real estate television shows. His company has administered nearly 700,000 behavioral, motivator, emotional intelligence, leadership, and stress assessments and has worked with leading real estate brands including KW, Coldwell Banker, ERA, Century 21, eXp, and RE/MAX across North America.
