ما در Persian Seattle با همکاری ارمغان، مربی یوگای متعهد و مهربان، قصد داریم یک تجربه‌ی آرامش‌بخش و سالم را در دل طبیعت با جامعه‌ی فارسی‌زبان سیاتل به اشتراک بگذاریم.این کلاس رایگان بوده و برای همه‌ی سطوح مناسب است (حتی اگر هیچ تجربه‌ی قبلی در یوگا نداشته باشید). کلاس به زبان انگلیسی برگزار می‌شود. تمرینات در فضای باز و در محیطی دوستانه طراحی شده‌اند تا به شما کمک کنند ذهن و بدنتان را تازه کنید و لحظاتی برای خودتان باشید.

At Persian Seattle, together with Armghan, a dedicated and kind yoga instructor, we are excited to share a relaxing and healthy outdoor experience with the Persian-speaking community of Seattle.
This free class is open to all levels (even if you have no prior experience with yoga) and will be conducted in English. The outdoor practice is designed in a friendly environment to help you refresh your body and mind and take a moment just for yourself.
