Permission to Play: Reconnecting with Joy & Your Inner Child
About this Event
When was the last time you felt playful?
Not productive. Not responsible. Not taking care of everyone else.
Just playful.
As adults, many of us become so focused on getting through our days that we lose touch with the parts of ourselves that once felt curious, lighthearted, and free. Yet our inner child still longs for joy, connection, creativity, and moments of genuine presence.
Permission to Play is a playful and grounding women's circle designed to help you reconnect with those parts of yourself.
Together, we'll create space to slow down, soften, and remember that joy is not something we have to earn—it's something we can return to.
