When you're here, you have a village. This no-cost group, led by a licensed professional counselor, is a safe space to share your experiences and concerns navigating your mental health as a pregnant or new birthing person. You do not need to have a diagnosis to participate in this group.
Volunteers will be present to help watch children ages 1+, though spots are limited.
Please register for yourself and any children over 1.
