This new program is a reflective and experiential gathering designed to support women navigating the physical, emotional, and identity shifts that can arise during this stage of life. The session integrates gentle education, guided reflection, and embodied practices such as body awareness, movement, and simple creative expression.

1. Opening & Arrival
Welcome and somatic grounding practice
Guided body awareness (noticing discomfort + resource)
2. Reflection: Cultural Messages
Reflection on messages received about puberty, aging, and menopause
3. Interactive Learning: Truth or Myth
Group exploration of common beliefs about perimenopause
4. Experiential Practice
Reflective exercise using simple art-making or gentle movement
5. Group Reflection & Conversation
Shared discussion in a supportive circle
6. Integration & Closing
Closing reflection and grounding practice.

Ummul is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Perimenopause Coach & somatic practitioner who integrates nervous system–informed approaches with reflective and experiential practices.
Her work supports women in understanding the deeper patterns shaping their physical and emotional experiences, with a focus on building awareness, capacity, and self-trust.
