About this Event
Perimenopause is often confusing, poorly explained, and surrounded by mixed messages. Many women are told “it’s just hormones,” sent home with few answers, or left to piece together information from social media.
This workshop exists to change that.
Perimenopause Unfiltered: Staying Strong Through the Shift Together is a rare opportunity to learn directly from highly respected experts in women’s health and midlife wellness — in a thoughtful, interactive setting where your questions are welcomed and answered.
Join a small group of women for an intimate half-day workshop where you’ll learn what to expect, how to understand your symptoms, what your support options are, and practical mind–body tools to help you feel steadier, stronger, and more confident through the shift.
You will leave with:
- A clearer understanding of what perimenopause actually is
- Better insight into common symptoms (and why they happen)
- Knowledge of treatment and support options; medical, lifestyle, and holistic
- Practical tools you can use immediately to support your mood, energy, and stress
- A sense of connection with other women going through the same transition and a chance to create a community
BONUS: Continue the learning and community connection!
Your learning doesn’t end when the workshop does.
All attendees will be invited into a private WhatsApp group with the facilitators and participants for two weeks following the event.
This space is for:
- Asking follow-up questions
- Sharing reflections
- Getting additional guidance
- Staying connected as you integrate what you’ve learned
