Jill Saberman, a Nurse Practitioner who specializes in menopause, will lead a discussion on perimenopause, menopause, and health for those who have or had uteruses. Join us to bust myths, connect with others who are experiencing or will experience going into menopause, and build community.

ABOUT OUR HOSTS

Jill Saberman has been a nationally board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner for over 26 years. Her clinical practice includes a full range of obstetric and gynecologic care, including maintaining up-to-date menopausal symptom management, sexual health education, and partnering with her patients to support their journey to self-empowerment and wellness.

Sarah Louie is a Family Physician who has practiced in the Elk Grove Community for over 8 years and enjoys caring for patients of all ages, partnering with patients and families to reach their health goals. She is passionate about patient engagement and community involvement.

Ashley Newell is a local wife, mom, and content creator in perimenopause looking to create a space for folks to connect and learn about perimenopause.
