A gathering of sweet hearts and cozy soups.
Join our circle of women for easy movement meditation, guided therapeutic art practice, and journaling. We end the session with a delicious and healthy vegetarian soup and conversation.

About Kelsey Beth:
KB grew up in Peoria, believed she sucked at art, and was incredibly anxious and insecure. A decade of meditation helped her develop a sense of confidence and ease in the world that she is passionate about teaching to others! She has been developing workshops to make meditation feel easier and more accessible since 2021. PWE incorporates numerous techniques backed by neuroscience to help you calm your nervous system and release limiting beliefs that are causing, you to self-sabotage. KB is a certified art therapy practitioner, professional live painter, English and ESL teacher, dancer, and fire performer.
