Sahaja Yoga was founded in 1970 by H.H. Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi with the vision to enable everyone to be able to receive their Self-Realization so they can meditate effortlessly. It is currently practiced in more than 150 countries. The Practice is based on the energy system that is already present within us, so one does not need to pay for it. All classes are conducted by Instructors who are Yogis and have been practicing Sahaja Yoga Meditation for more than 10 years.
