Carla guides the group using steady drumming patterns that help participants drop into a light trance-like state, the place where symbolic insight, intuition, and inner guidance often become clearer. Each session includes a guided journey, drawing a power animal card and a gratitude card, and time to share insights for those who wish to. The circle is grounded in intention, not theatrics, and newcomers quickly discover that the rhythm does most of the work.
You don’t need any drumming experience to join in. All types of drums are welcome, from frame drums and djembes to hand drums and anything that speaks rhythm. For those who don’t own a drum, YCC provides loaner drums so everyone can participate fully. Carla creates a supportive space where the beat becomes a shared heartbeat—steady, grounding, and surprisingly transformative.
