Here's where most small business owners get stuck:
They build better systems — but they're still the one running them.
They improve their margins — but they're still the one doing the work.
The missing piece is people. Specifically: learning how to bring the right people in, hand things off without losing quality, and build a team that can execute without you in the middle of every decision.
We'll cover three things:
1. HIRE FOR THE ROLE, NOT THE URGENCY
Most bad hires happen because an owner was desperate, not deliberate. We'll talk about how to define what you actually need before you post a job — and what to look for beyond the resume.
2. THE DELEGATION SYSTEM
Delegating isn't dumping. There's a simple framework for handing off tasks in a way that builds trust, maintains quality, and doesn't create more work for you in the follow-up.
3. ACCOUNTABILITY WITHOUT MICROMANAGING
Once you have people, how do you know things are getting done right — without hovering? We'll build on the scorecards and weekly rhythms from Part 1 and show how they become your management system.
Same format as always — one hour, real discussion, live problem-solving. Come with a people challenge you're dealing with right now. We'll work through it together.
