People and Ruins - Remapping Narratives of Demolished Spaces in Haifa

Dr. Orwa Switat, a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Palestinian Studies at Brown University, presents a digital mapping project that reconstructs the displaced Palestinian urban heritage of Haifa through historical maps, Indigenous archives, oral histories, and film. The event includes a map demonstration and screenings of short films.
