CEO & Registrar Jennifer Quaglietta discusses her career journey, the role mentorship played in her development as a leader, and how attendees can use their own skills as engineers to chart a successful career path with empathy and kindness. She will also talk about applying her experience as an engineer, along with her values-driven and results-oriented leadership style to the challenges of adapting PEO to a changing regulatory landscape.

The presentation will be followed by a Panel Discussion and Q&A.
