Penthouse Yoga, Sound & Red Light Restoration

This guided experience unfolds as a gentle Somatic Yoga & Sound Journey led by Nadia May, an experienced yoga teacher and wellness guide. Through slow, intentional movement and the steady resonance of sound bowls, the practice invites the body to release held tension and settle into a deeper state of rest.

Throughout the session, guests are supported by red light therapy mats and face masks, allowing light, warmth, and vibration to work in quiet harmony. The combined experience is designed to calm the nervous system, support recovery, and encourage restoration on a cellular level.

The evening closes with a grounding ritual featuring Superoom’s adaptogenic Reishi blend - a simple moment to pause, integrate, and ease back into the rhythm of the night.
