Join me on Sunday, September 29 as I run the Clarence Demar Marathon. Register for the half or full marathon and/or be part of the cheer squad. There will be a party on Saturday since many have to leave Sunday afternoon.
There will also be another celebration in Syracuse in October. More details will be posted.
