Habitat for Humanity Tampa Bay Gulfside invites you to an open house introducing Pelican Place, a new townhome community coming to South St. Petersburg.

Pelican Place will offer income-restricted homeownership opportunities for qualifying individuals and families through Habitat’s affordable homeownership program.

During this free open house, attendees will have the opportunity to:

• Get a sneak peek at the Pelican Place development
• Learn about available townhome opportunities
• Understand Habitat’s homeownership program and eligibility requirements
• Speak directly with Habitat team members
• Ask questions about the application process
• Begin and submit an application on site

Attendees who apply on site during the event will have their Habitat homeownership application fee waived.

Habitat homeownership offers qualifying buyers:

• 0% APR mortgage
• No private mortgage insurance required

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program or the purchase of a home. Mortgage financing is required through Habitat for Humanity Tampa Bay Gulfside and is subject to program acceptance and completion.
