Schedule

10:00 AM – Arrival & welcome social. Meet the community, settle in, take photos, and enjoy the atmosphere before class.

10:10 AM – Pilates class begins.

Please arrive on time. Guests arriving before 10:00 AM may be asked to wait while our team finishes setting up. Guests arriving after 10:15 AM will naturally miss part of the class, as sessions begin promptly to respect everyone’s experience.

Our Pilates class is thoughtfully designed for all levels. Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or already have an established practice, you’ll be guided through a full-body workout focused on sculpting, strengthening, lengthening, and mindful movement in a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. ✨

After class, the experience continues with our signature social moment 🥂. Enjoy complimentary drinks, connect with like-minded women, capture beautiful content with our photographer, and relax in the unique setting of Padel FVR. Before leaving, you’ll receive a thoughtfully curated goodies bag as a thank-you for being part of the experience. 🎁
