Join me Thursday April 17th @ 11 AM for Peaceful Mind, Open Spirit Visualization & Sound Bath. This practice is designed to help you quiet your thoughts, release overthinking, and gently open your spirit to new possibilities and deeper understandings. Through calming imagery, affirmations and intentional breath, we’ll create space for clarity and insight.Join me as I play high vibration instruments during the visualization which is then followed by a sound bath where you will experience the healing sounds of the Crystal Singing bowls in combination with other high vibrational instruments. Relax into the soothing vibrations and discover the profound effects on your mind, body, and spirit this experience will offer.
Note: The session is an hour long. If lying on a mat this long causes you discomfort, we also offer chairs or a meditation cushion for a seated experience. Comfort is key.
* Fee is $20 per person. (paid at the door)
* Space is limited to 6 people per event.
* We will provide folding mats, cushions or chairs.
* Bring a blanket and pillow for extra comfort.
