Meditation has so many unbelievable benefits, but it can be difficult to find the time and how do you even begin?
We are offering an intro to Meditation for Beginners at Gordon Memorial Church Hall in Alberton.
Come spend an hour with us where we will slowly move through some breathing exercises to prepare our mind and body for relaxation. Once we have settled in, I will walk you through a visual meditation that will help to relax your body and hopefully your mind, even further. As an added bonus we will also be providing Reiki to anyone who is interested in the experience!
This will be a very basic introduction to mindfulness meditation, all levels welcome!
Please bring a blanket and a pillow for maximum relaxation. Mats will be provided.
There is limited space so please save your spot in advance, drop ins are not welcome for this class.
