Join us for a global online gathering of people who want to get over holiday stress and find peace, from Melbourne to Montana to Milan.

This free 1 hour event includes secular meditations and imagination exercises that spark feelings of calm and peace. Led by a meditation expert with +25 years of experience, the event is open to anyone, no beliefs or meditation experience required.

Those who feel at odds with the holidays are especially encouraged to attend. Neurodivergent, queer, and independent thinkers welcome!

You have a right to feel peace, love, and aliveness - always - and this holiday season is no exception. No big happy family or presents required!

The event host, Juniper McKelvie, is an actor, writer, and freelance nun hell bent on teaching the tools for peace, from acting to zen! She draws on her 25 years of meditation experience to help people find inner peace no matter their religion or beliefs. She fuses actorly creativity and imagation into meditation, offering a unique perspective on the path to peace. Horses have been some of her best teachers.

After 25 years of practicing meditation and over 10 years of teaching it, I've done the impressive feats: lived in a monastery for 15 months, developed a meditation app, taught mindfulness to hundreds of people online and in person. I've learned that peace doesn't depend on following one specific religion or meditation style. Acting has taught me as much about peace as meditation.
