'Peaceful Heart' Hot Stones Yin Yoga

Join us for an extended 75-minute experience to connect to our hearts, release stress and tension, and refuge in tranquility and calm.

About Hot Stones Yin: nourishing your body through the seasonal changes, you're led through soothing breathwork and a relaxing flow of poses to re-balance Qi, and alleviate tension and stiffness in the chest, shoulders, neck and hips, restore and re-align your posture. The added warmth of carefully placed hot stones melts away any lingering chatter, allowing you to sink deeper into your presence.
