From the beginning of time, sacred movement, song and stories have brought people together. The Dances of Universal Peace are part of this timeless tradition.

The dances are a unique form of moving meditative practice focussing on the universal and inclusive message of multi-tradition practices. They are contemplative, joyful and liberating using short phrases from many traditions. Chants and steps are simple and suitable for all ages and abilities and are taught before each dance.
