Join us for the second edition of our Summer Breathwork Experience at the historic Peace Awareness Labyrinth & Gardens in Los Angeles.
While summer is often associated with relaxation, it can quickly become one of the busiest seasons of the year filled with travel, social events, longer days, and packed schedules. This evening is an invitation to step away from the constant doing and create space to simply breathe.
Nestled within a Renaissance-style mansion and surrounded by a meditative labyrinth, tranquil fountains, and serene Asian-inspired gardens, you'll be guided through a restorative breathwork experience designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself. Through conscious breathing and carefully curated sound, you'll cultivate greater presence, clarity, and inner calm in one of Los Angeles' most peaceful hidden sanctuaries.
Bianca Harris is the founder of the Holistic Breath Academy, a breathwork educator, speaker, and breath coach. Drawing from both ancient breathing traditions and modern science, Bianca creates experiences that help people reconnect with themselves through the transformative practice of conscious breathing.
Whether you're completely new to breathwork or have an established practice, this experience is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Join us for an evening of stillness, community, and intentional rest a chance to pause amidst the fullness of summer and return to yourself.
