Join us at Patriot Pup in Manitowoc for a feel-good morning of guided yoga, puppy snuggles, and the opportunity to meet some adorable dogs looking for their forever homes.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi, brand new to yoga, or simply here for the puppies, this experience is for YOU!

10:00–11:00 AM | Guided Puppy Yoga
Enjoy a playful, feel-good yoga session led by Theresa Falvey-Hunt. All experience levels are welcome!
11:00 AM–12:00 PM | Puppy Socializing + Adoption Opportunities
Spend time getting to know the pups and learn about adoption opportunities through Fields of Hope Canine Rescue.

Theresa Falvey-Hunt is a 550-hour Certified Yoga Teacher and owner of State of Grace LLC. Her approach welcomes all bodies, all experience levels, and the opportunity to simply show up as you are.
No perfection required. Just come ready to breathe, move, and have fun!
🐕 Meet Our Host: Patriot Pup
Patriot Pup is a veteran-owned business in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, dedicated to treating every dog like family. They offer daycare, boarding, grooming, training, and a pup boutique—all within a safe and welcoming environment for dogs and their people.
Through the Patriot Pup Guardian Fund, they also support veterans and active-duty military members by helping care for their beloved dogs when military obligations arise.
We're grateful to partner with a local business that cares so deeply about its community and four-legged friends!
🐾 Meet Fields of Hope Canine Rescue
Fields of Hope Canine Rescue (FOHCR), located in Kewaunee County, Wisconsin, brings together people with different stories and one shared mission: to help as many dogs as possible find loving, permanent homes.
They focus on local dogs while also helping dogs throughout Wisconsin.
Foster homes are the heart of their rescue. Fosters provide dogs with love, socialization, basic manners, and individualized care, helping prepare them for successful adoptions.
FOHCR also supports adopters throughout the adoption process, helping people find the right dog for their family. They understand that sometimes all it takes is a little guidance, support, and a chance to make a beautiful match.

The adoption process is simple:
Contact Fields of Hope Canine Rescue through Facebook or call 920-660-9203 to request an application by email.
Complete and return your application for processing.
Once approved, the rescue will help you take the next steps toward finding your forever companion.
Approved applications are required before a dog can go home. We encourage anyone considering adoption to apply ahead of time so that when you meet your match, you can move forward sooner.
Submitting an application does not obligate you to adopt.
Not ready to adopt? FOHCR is always looking for foster families, too! You can inquire about fostering or foster-to-adopt opportunities using the contact information above.
