Wellbeing for you & your dog

An hour of Meditation, Mindfulness & Exploration with your dog
These sessions are aimed at allowing you and your dog a peaceful time and space to relax together. We will explore and look into the different mindfulness practices you can engage in with your dog and bring into your everyday life. These sessions are a chance for you to pause too as well as reflecting upon your relationship together, nurture and build upon it & connect with your canine companion.
This will be a small, intimate group where you will feel safe to express your concerns & emotions should you wish to.
