Join us for a heartwarming yoga session that combines wellness for you with kindness for animals in need! Paws and Pose is an all-levels yoga class where every stretch, pose, and breath supports animal rescue and care. Led by Carrie, Lauren & Dawn in a cozy, candlelit, and welcoming space, this class is perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike.This class is supporting Brandi Mellinger, a Mardi Paw queen candidate, and all the money she raises goes directly to the Worcester County Humane Society, helping provide food, medical care, and shelter for animals awaiting their forever homes. Bring your mat, an open heart, and maybe a friend! Together, let’s create a flow of compassion—on and off the mat. Donations will be accepted at the event as well.
Class will be held in a barn, Please wear your layers!
FOOD PROVIDED BY LOWTIDE LUNCHBOX, OPTIONS: KALE CAESAR SALAD OR BEET HUMMUS WRAP.
EXCHANGE: $30 INCLUDES, CLASS AND FOOD.
