Pawlates: First Shelter Puppy/Dog x Pilates Event

Guests will have 30 minutes before the Pilates class to socialize and shop from local vedors. Then, enjoy a 40 minute beginner-friendly Pilates session while adorable puppies and dogs wander, play, and explore the space. Each class supports local rescues through donations and awareness. After the Pilates class is over, guests will have time to play, cuddle, take pictures, inquire about adoption, etc, and continue to shop from local vendors.

Expect:
• Guided Pilates + light movement
• Dog interaction before, during, and after the Pilates class
• A cozy, community-centered vibe

• Yoga/Pilates mat
• Comfortable clothing
• Optional donations (food, treats, toys, or Venmo)

Dogs choose where they want to be during class, and the number or age of dogs and puppies may vary based on the rescue’s needs. Safety and wellbeing come first for both humans and animals.

Please park in the parking lot across from the front door of the venue! The street parking will be reserved for the shelter and vendors 🐾
