Pause Party REMIX is a refreshed and re-imagined version of the original Pause Party — created in response to what women asked for most: more connection, more conversation, and more support around Menopause.This is a space where science-backed insight meets real, lived experience. We’ll gather to learn from trusted local experts across women’s health, movement, neuroscience, nutrition, pelvic health, and skincare — including Lauren Zajac of Balance & Blossom, whose work bridges education, compassion, and whole-woman care.
But this is not a sit-and-listen event.
