You have spent so much time pouring into everyone and everything around you. Now, consider this your invitation to pause and allow God to pour back into you.

Pause & Pour is a Christ-centered experience created for women who desire to step away from the noise, enter the secret place, and reconnect with the presence of God.

This is more than a brunch, networking event, or women’s conference. It is a sacred and intentionally curated space to slow down, breathe, pray, reflect, and receive.

Luke 5:16 reminds us that Jesus often withdrew to quiet places and prayed. If Jesus intentionally made room to withdraw and commune with the Father, we can permit ourselves to do the same.

Throughout this experience, we will journey through five invitations:

Pause. Refill. Abide. Overflow. Renewed.

Our guest speakers will share faith-filled wisdom and practical encouragement designed to meet women in different seasons of life. Each conversation will create space for you to be strengthened, refreshed, and reminded that you were never created to pour continuously without returning to the Source.
